That's not how the electoral college works. An equal amount of Electors are selected by each candidate equal to the amount of electoral votes each state receives. She is a dem elector that will vote for the dem candidate if they win NY. Trump will have his own electors in case he wins NY.
Look that's not how electors work. For instance ohio has 18 dem electors and 18 repub electors and then when the state votes the electors of the winning side cast their vote for the candidate they were picked to represent and the other side isn't casting a vote.
So Hilary being an elector in NY literally means nothing, people need to stop pushing this fake shit.
