That man could very well have been on PCP, but if three cops can hold down a suspect, they can put him in a car. What’s the fourth one doing? Oh that’s right, trying to block footage being taken. Once the cuffs are on, the fight is over. No need to put a knee on his neck for 8 min. It’s unnecessary and it’s clearly punishment for resisting at first. However, that man didn’t need to die. No amount of pussy local cops can convince me the officer was in the right here.
