Although I would have liked to see some action sooner than later, I’m still holding out for whatever happens on the 6th. Realistically, what could have been done directly post the election? They certified fraudulent votes following a obviously unconstitutional election in several key swing states. At first I thought the courts would uphold the constitution. I was wrong.
I don’t blame Trump for not intervening right away with something like the insurrection act or similar action. The left would have took the dictator route. Now it appears he’s letting the evidence pour out and letting the chips fall with who’s really loyal to him and American people Vs. who is establishment to the core.
Now we are at the 12th amendment in relation to Pence as the President of the senate presiding over the counting of the electoral votes on the 6th. I’m extremely confused regarding what Pence’s powers are regarding his duty. Some claim he can simply not count contested votes from the electoral college. However, I’m convinced that even constitutional scholars are at a loss with the powers Pence has. Time will tell.
However, I think I understand why Trump hasn’t acted sooner. I’ve been wrestling with that for a few days. The 6th will be a breaking point and I think that is why Trump has placed his base in DC for that. It will be very interesting to see what is to come.
If Trump allows the peaceful transition of power without a PHYSICAL FIGHT, and I mean the use of every utility he has at his finger tip, he would be known as the biggest coward there ever was.

No one knows what’s going to happen on the 6th. But I can tell you that based on past events, it will probably be a lot of marching around and chanting. I doubt there will be open carry or any real fights with the capital police.
An entire American presidential election was stolen two months ago and I have yet to see anyone remotely held accountable.
In fact, the establishment seems to have certified the fraud and plans to carry on uninterrupted. Why will January 6th be any different?
