So the way you see this going down, is that Pence just simply counts the votes for Trump and tells the legislature to get fucked and they inaugurate Trump on the 20th?

So best case scenario, we get Pelosi as President?

I don’t believe it’s that simple. Not much information is being shared about this scenario, but from what I read, it’s not a slam dunk.

Pence has the ultimate authority on what get counted. People will cite that Thomas Jefferson simply knew there was some shady things going down and counted electoral votes for Himself and his running mate. However, currently there is talk about how we need a couple reps to pipe up and disagree with the electrical votes. Some say people need to challenge it for pence to claim a dispute. Now things get really interesting, because I’d really like a answer for the next step. Some say that once it gets kicked back to the legislature, the republicans hold more states than the democrats. Therefor each state gets one vote for President, making Trump the winner. However, some are saying that there needs to be some grand vote which the RINOS will screw up for Trump. Others are saying that if they stall out and nothing is fixed by the 20th, Pelosi is made President.

Information is all over, which makes me feel that the 6th is not going to set this thing right.
