I believe the process is that the electors must meet and cast their electoral votes per their state laws. The senate and the house only vote if no candidate reaches 270. At this current point in time, nothing has been certified.
We need the SCOTUS to make a ruling on what will determine an illegal vote and how many votes were cast in that definition. Obviously the plan now is to plead the case that sever hundred thousands of votes were illegal and hope the SCOTUS will determine that those votes are unconstitutional, toss them out.

I said back in our TD days on Reddit that Fox will turn on Trump once it’s real that he is crushing the establishment. Remember Fox is establishment controlled opposition.
Right. The great establishment turtle or GET if you will, is in the best possible position for a Biden presidency. He will ultimately become the great gate keeper of the republican senate, open for bargaining power.
