Thank you. If I’m reading this correctly. Despite the evidence of fraud, the courts may not revisit this issue. If so, why wouldn’t the election be certified? If no court ruling is made, the EV stays as is and goes to Biden. Am in understanding this correctly?
I won’t give up, but I’d really like to understand the path to victory here. I believe Trump won and he will be inaugurated, but I must admit that I don’t understand how the SCOTUS can change anything or how the legislature will step in. I’m not doubting the process, I just want to understand it.
You seem to understand this
I myself am trying to figure this out. I have a few questions if you don’t mind. One. What exactly can the SCOTUS do here? Can they change votes by taking some away for being illegal? Can the SCOTUS’s actions result in a blue state flip red? If not, what is the legislature process? It sound like the senate and the house would vote on the president and Vice President? Is this true? If so, do they have to vote with what color the state went?
Ok thank you.
SCOTUS can literally say this states election needs to be redone? Or say these 200k votes were illegal and do not count?
Do the legislature have to vote based on their state? Texas went republican, so they have to vote for the republican candidate? What about Pennsylvania? If it’s questionable after votes are removed, who do they vote for?
Can you please help me understand what is about to take place? I made a lengthy post just now but am looking for educated pedes to explain to me what exactly is the path to victory. I’m confused about the powers of the SCOUTS. What can they change in terms of votes? I’m confused about the legislature should this land on the votes of the senate and House.
71m legal votes.
He knows what’s coming. No sane rational person would say this if they were not confident.
If there was even the slightest chance he thought he could loose, he wouldn’t say this stuff. He would be mocked for eternity.
Trump won and I do believe he will be inaugurated on the 20th.
Maybe I’m just impatient, but Trump really needs dragon energy bombshells that will shake up the MSM. However, the tweet “I won this election, by a lot” shows me that he knows. Trump would be mocked for the rest of his life if he didn’t have the confidence behind that tweet.
Yeah. I mean some of them are friends and family.
Trump won, but if the left commies magically bested him, I wouldn’t cry, I’d just dial away from politics until the civil war. In this case, they are really building some expectations that these libs have been fantasizing about for four years. Look at the celebration of the first black and female Vice President. When they yank that away, they are going to go mad.
Can someone please help me understand?
The house can vote for the president and the senate will vote for the vp. Right? Are Republicans trusted to vote for Trump? Are they bound by their state ballot and have to vote for Trump?
Is this a fail safe incase the courts don’t toss out illegal ballots? Because that would mean Biden remains President elect.
Trump won. It’s obvious they cheated hard, but there are a few hurdles before we see Trump inaugurated. I’m confident he will ultimately serve the next 4 years, but I just want to be educated on exactly what needs to happen to get him there as well as how the process works.
This seems to be all to common.
