Trumps legal team is going to court with evidence of illegal ballots based on the idea that 100’s of thousands of ballots that appeared were not allowed to be seen by election officials to inspect and ensure legitimacy. Let’s forget the dead voters and computer glitches for a second.

If found to be correct, will the courts simply rule out the number of ballots that were processed without the proper procedures of viewing taking place?

If so, how will they determine the number of votes to rule out as illegal?

Also, were the ballots being argued only being counted AFTER Trump already had a lead with 80-90% reporting in?

It’s my understanding that the states in question should have been called for Trump, but bins of Biden ballots were being added to the count. I see the courts striking down 100’s of thousands of ballots, placing Trump back in the lead, which will certify the electoral votes for Trump.
