Case law is recent, clear and sets a solid precedent... Hell, file in the pervious judges court just for the entertainment value :)

Is it not a deep fake? head separates from body and pixelation around neck and cheeks. 2:11-2:12 for separation but head looks "planted on" throughout???

Source: viewed at highest quality on YouTube on a 65" tv from 2ft away, looked odd from my regular viewing position enough to take notice...

Download and zoom if your on a smaller screen. Ignore the words, watch the head, possible deep fake.
