Yes. But there would be some other big player involved. Your analogy reminds me a lot of the power analogy. People tend to say that power corrupts, and the more you have it the more you are going to be corrupt -- I fully disagree with that statement, and to have an example look at Trump; incorruptible to the core, he is not for sale, and you and me by proxy are thus also not for sale. I believe the saying should go a bit differently: power attracts the corruptible. Same goes for money, social standing as in having celebrity, or any other comparable metric.
I'm going to go on a quick tangent -- I was born to the classical champagne socialist upper class liberal parents; mother was protestant, father was catholic, but of course since they were liberals they were religious in name only. Understanding the dichotomy of life between good and evil, and the very existence of that dichotomy to be present (instead of the liberal idea that everyone is good) and inherent within people is what put me on the religious journey I ended up on.
Your point is very correct -- we are not at war with China. We are not at war with the Chinese people. We are at war with the CCP. We are in a full on informational warfare (5th generation warfare) --. We are at war with Evil. Evil in ourselves, evil in people who want to hurt us, evil in people who want to hurt our kids, their future; people in positions of power being corruptible and hence eroding the trust of the public in the institution they were spearheading are as you say the symptom of the cause. The cause is a country which for a large part of its population has chosen to veer off the moral path, the honest path, the hard working path.
A big problem is addressing that path. Having a singular enemy does address that problem -- we are unified in thought, and once we're unified in thought we can start taking care of the real meat around the bones. But again -- we need to define the bones first.
And to just think that he started out with nothing but an immense deep love for our country, people, culture, and traditions. No needed inside scoop, no need for outside cash, not some 5min of fame; no, hard work, tenacity, resilience, and honesty -- i.e., love for your country and your people, and you will be guided to the truth. I can't imagine how hard these commies are seething right now at how their games didn't work.
We are witnessing the end of the liberal transnational/globalist political idea which has been leading for the last 40 years. It is coming to an end. Friends do not exist if they aren't family, and it's time for the Anglosphere (and by proxy the Germanic sphere of influence as well) to rise and make sure we take care of our children, brothers, sisters, parents, and grandparents. A country WITH A FUTURE for my children is a country I will die fighting for.
