That's what you say if someone starts giving you shit about not wearing a mask. Say you "have a medical condition" and if they ask what it is, you say "it's private" and if they keep pressing, you say "the ADA protects my rights and privacy and you cannot discriminate against me due to my "disability" by forcing me to wear a mask".
Anyone can do this anywhere. Saying he can only do it because he lives in a "free state" is a cop out. Don't make excuses for yourself being too afraid to take a stand.
