We need to do more stop the steal rallies and start educating more people about the fraud. We need to start running for office. And we need to stop paying any taxes to the corrupt system

Someone please answer my question because I keep seeing two different answers so after 1 Senator and 1 House member contest the electoral votes for a certain states then does the Senate and House vote on whether to accept the throw out of those electors or does the state's house of reps vote? I keep seeing two different answers and if its the House of Reps they will unfortunately never majority vote to throw out the electors from the contested states because there are more demorats.
