There were videos of some rioters that were livestreaming with their lawyer on. Vincent James covered it awhile back, but it's actually a good tactic. None of what has happened to these people entering the capitol would have been as bad if they would have had a lawyer to speak for them and kept their mouths shut. Hell, even just not carrying your phone to a protest is probably a great lifesaver for cases like this.
I really do commend people for not doing anything to this guy. We all know who he is and what he's done to us. The next time around we can all point and laugh at what a fucking joke he is. No illegal activity necessary against the obvious fed.

Well of course on the day I casted my ballot I get this weird look of slight disapproval at me for the little bit of my ballot I put through the machine by a, yes, black person. At the time I figured it was the typical reaction people around here have to Trump, but in retrospect... There's at least the possibility that there was more to that interaction.
