Honestly, goal at this point for everyone should be 12+. Encourage your children to marry young and put up with lots of shit (because there's no such thing as a truly happy marriage anyway). Years that you wait to have children has just as much impact as the number of children you have.

Thank god the CCP is making it easy on us. Russia is hurtling towards all our allies at light speeds. They gave India HUGE amounts of weapons and ammo just recently. It's illegal to walk on the highway let alone block it. If I recall correctly it's a federal crime to block an interstate.

When looking for an aggressor in an encounter it's handy to look at actions for whether they're escalations or deescalation.
