Something that would help with the bureaucracy problem is if they weren’t all located in one location. The federal government bureaucracy needs to be spread out throughout the country at this point in our technological advancement. It’s one of the same reasons MSM and Silicon Valley are a mess: they’ve insulated themselves in a couple locations so far removed from the majority of the population. Trump moved the Bureau of Land Management to Colorado Springs because it was a lot closer to the vast majority of the land they managed. The bureaucrats there threw a shit fit about it and most just quit.
