I vote that my home and property to also secede. Why should I, or anyone, be controlled by others just because of where we live? I live in Clackamas county, OR, one of the three counties that include Portland but are mostly not Portland. Theyre just enough inside the metro area to have enough to have the votes to be blue but include large amounts of red area. IIRC 4 out of 5 of our congressional districts are similar in that they are mostly red/rural with fingers poking into Portland metro, making them all blue. Portland metro really should be one county and one congressional district, but i digress...

Im tired of not being allowed to "own" land because property taxes are just rent (and theft). People can live with one another while not being controlled by the same group even when they live next door to one another.

No such thing as age ether. Time to start collecting those social security checks!

Its time for people in situations like these to not comply or i fear it will never end. Nice non-violent non-compliance.

Anywhere! All you have to do is "be homeless" and you can camp on the sidewalk!

As someone who lives in Portland area, I'm glad Wheeler won. His opponent was a literal avowed communist.

Proudly voted for Trump, live in Portland, OR. Every day the man and his administration amaze me more. ANOTHER peace deal?! Can it get any better? I absolutely believe it will get better with another term and more swamp creatures cleaned out. Keep. It. Going.

It's for Biden so Kamala can be pres and pick Hillary as VP, then for Kamala so Hillary can be pres if they pull off the cheating.

I dunno, I'm pretty sure if you lose and dont concede, you still lose. Concession isn't necessary.

Oh. My. Gosh. I've never really head Pence that much but man oh man, that guy is sharp! He went from barely on my radar to he's got my vote in 2024. Totally demolished the witch that is Harris handily.

I live in Oregon. I changed my registration several months back from independent to democrat to vote for the "less crazy" dems in primaries since Oregon has closed primaries. I'm voting Trump as a "democract" and I know several other people not registered Republicans voting Trump. Oregon may be in play. I'm not expecting a victory here, but at this point I would only be mildly surprised.

A simple, yet important message. It's easy to get down with all the negativity and what-ifs, but its clearer every day we're winning. Thanks for lifting my spirits friend!

Thank you. And me too. I'm a 7th generation Portlander and it makes me so sad to see what my city has become over the last 12ish years.

This is exactly me and my wife, some of my friends, and many people I know. Part of me thinks maybe we have a chance for Oregon to flip red! Or at least I can hope.

I'm not super well-versed in federal law and stuff, but can't the President sign an executive order to make mail-in voting invalid?

Back on the menu? They never left. They've been the only thing on the menu for more than 80 days.

The "go find it" attitude is what it took for me. I'm a 32 year old man now with a week old daughter sleeping on me right now, my wife's and my first child. Now I'm wishing I would've gotten my shit together earlier, but I'm of course thankful for where I'm at now.
