Nancy had (IIRC?) suggested (threatened?) a delay of SOTU until after the shutdown, so then Trump cancelled her flight on a military aircraft and sent a letter suggesting she should stay and negotiate instead of her "excursion." But he waited until they were on the runway. They sat there a long time before having to tuck tail and return to their vehicles.

For real. They were sold out of all the good stuff in the months leading up to the election. Space force shirts, original MAGA hats, ornaments, etc.

Either covid messed up supply or someone wasn't doing their job because I was trying to fork over some money for the campaign (and swag).

It was in the campaign shop a couple years ago. I gifted to father in law. Went back months later to get one for myself and it was gone. I check back often but never saw again.

There was a Keep America Great one which I got last year (and is now also give from shop) but I wish I had the set.

If true, I hope he puts as much effort into reversing said damage.
