That's because its a convenient, soothing concept that doesn't force people to deal with reality.
I keep seeing this quote being used as some kind of Deep Thoughts when its utter nonsense. Equality of human beings has never meant "societal equality". It has always meant "equality under law/government". Almost every constitution in the western world has enshrined Equality Under Law. "societal equality" is a nonsense phrase meant to obscure or denigrate the importance of Equality Under Law. It's used by Marxists to undermine your understanding of "Equality". Anyone who thinks all people are "born equal" and that means we all have the same abilities and same opportunities is not observing reality.
This is the most heinous, disturbing thing I've read all day. WE CANNOT ALLOW THIS!
That's why I don't play the Federation lol
I used to think that too until I thought about it: Replicators require massive amounts of energy from drives that require a relatively scarce resource called Dilithium. So they didn't really solve anything, they just moved the goalposts for the quick convenience of calling for food or stem bolts.
If I had a net worth of almost $3M and a salary of $193K PLUS whatever my wife makes (prob around the same), and a 10-year timeline, I could probably make a lot of money too. That being said, I'm not about to do the math to make sure that works and if no whistleblower or investigation is pending, how can you prove anything one way or another? These people aren't dumb. Even if you assume they're grifting (and I'm still convinced they are), they are VERY VERY good at hiding it from public scrutiny. When you're very wealthy, it becomes easier to hide income.
And since there's still tons of normies who vote Rep, they just made sure a ton of votes don't go to Trump as an Indep?
I don't know how the details work, but is it possible for Trump to be "kicked out" of the Rep party, then they nominate this jackhole?
I'm not convinced that even having a real one is enough to qualify as a man based on what I've been observing recently.
I'd be willing to bet at least SD signed on to the 20-state warning letter sent to her about HR1. There are at least 20 states who are basically telling the federal government to go fuck themselves.
This guy is poisonous. I wouldn't trust anything he says. It makes me very suspicious of this statement, especially when Trump kicked him out of his lifetime government grift. Remember: it was Kissinger who thought it was a good idea to coddle the CCP thinking they'd "come around" to "American democracy" eventually. How'd that work out?
Holy fuck, I stopped listening to milquetoast Jeff Tucker years ago, and now here he is talking "conspiracy theory" stuff. As the World Turns...
Also: the cognitive dissonance of having to admit they were wrong, which I think is even more motivation to keep this nonsense going. They just don't want to "lose face" by being so obviously wrong. I keep telling people: "You don't have to admit you were wrong to anyone, just stop trying to force everyone else to believe your fairy tale."
Sounds more like there isn't consensus, which is what we've been saying for years. No one scientist or theory makes sense by itself, but we're being told the science is settled and that public policies that do massive societal damage are the only solution.
I did read it and I know that isn't what the paper claims. It is pulling the rug out from under claims which results in the same outcome: if you make an assumption based on faulty research, your assumption becomes invalid and whatever theory you proposed based on that assumption also becomes invalid. I'm not sure why you had to point out the obvious.
Another amazing thing: non-scientists were proposing this source (volcanoes) as well as solar changes to account for warming, and supposed climate scientists were calling them "science deniers". Regular folks were smarter than supposed experts.
He didn't accomplish that because he's smart or tough. He was able to do it because too many people in the west are fucking stupid and lazy.
I read it all. Lots of claims with no receipts. Devin Nunes (among others) has supposedly seen the video/audio evidence. Has anyone asked Nunes about it? Why hasn't Nunes come forward with this? Remain skeptical. Claims are just that until you see (and verify) the receipts.
Your co-worker is an idiot.
Lots of interesting pieces, but it still doesn't feel right. For example, there isn't a single, verifiable piece of source documentation attached. I get that this picture purports to be screenshots of posts made before the election, but is it difficult to alter an image or a date on a website (i.e. back date it)? I'm not saying it IS fake, I'm just asking questions. I also don't really buy that there are some "Super Cool Dudes" that are going to swoop in and save the day at the last minute while waiting for millions of people suffer and die. They always have hypotheses about these loopholes, but the explanations get into even worse trouble with lack of backing documents/witnesses. I also doubt the whole "enrage the conservatives into violence" notion too. Why bother? False flags are far easier and manageable. Presumably they've had lots of experience at it. Besides, the reason we're here in the first place is because of systemic apathy and an epidemic of obesity. Are these the same people they think are going to get out of their Barka Loungers and pick up a rifle? Doesn't seem sensible to me. And our enemy is not dumb. So while this is interesting, I'm not sure how it matters: it's either fake, in which case who cares, or it's real and knowing this doesn't really change anything since the people involved are totally outside our reach. We just need to "trust the plan" or something...
Thoughts are one thing, I was warning about specific things that could identify you.
Oh, and go change your goddam Gab password and make it strong. I didn't see in the article if those passwords were in the clear or encrypted, but if they weren't encrypted, Gab has some 'splainin to do.
At this point, anyone visiting .win should be using a good VPN and avoiding using personally identifying information EVERYWHERE. Meta data alone can tie you to shit, if you're not careful. NEVER talk about where you live, your neighbors, your age, sex, height, weight, where you went out for dinner, or anything else that can tie your account to real world activity. It's a pain in the ass, but its better to be careful now than to have a fedposter show up at your door.
It always has been...
I said this in the comments of another thread just days ago. I'd be certain the Canadian government is allowing CCP agents into Canada, fast-tracking their citizenship, giving them Canadian passports. And let's face it, nobody suspects good 'ol Canada of being up to no good, eh! There's at least as much threat to the border with Canada as there is from the Mexican border. And this is coming from someone who lives in Canuckistan. Any sponsors in Wyoming or Montana?FFS
