The thing about election fraud is that the cost of vote-splitting to third party is reduced to zero. In national elections, your options are either to vote Republican and lose, or vote for third party and lose. So, vote for third party, and use your vote-split to force the Republicans to fight for electoral integrity. With enough momentum, you could even replace the Republicans as a major party. Trump was one man: Imagine what we can do with an army of patriots in offices.
Remember that election fraud is strategically spread, not wide spread: You likely live in a county/region with a reasonable expectation of an honest election at the local level. Start by voting out Dems and RINOs. Build momentum. There are voters on both sides that want to join a political movement that kicks the uniparty out of D.C. Use that momentum to fight for election integrity at national level.

As a relatively inactive 'handshake' account (I mostly lurk), I can see some merit in this, though I would advocate for simply monitoring whether they have net positive votes on replies and posts. The people who create accounts to simply troll can be easily filtered out using this metric alone.
Perhaps the solution would be to put a good/bad/neutral karma symbol besides the handshake symbol to distinguish the nice from naughty? (Could be a good idea for all accounts, actually). If we view every handshake account with extreme suspicion, we won't grow as a site. We need to distinguish honest new-pedes from the trolls.
