First, not sure how this even matters? Because her company was shut down the entire four years of the Trump administration, so she couldn't make a profit off the trademarks.

Second, as for the trademarks themselves - every business with new products gets them trademarked. Duh! It would be insane and wildly irresponsible not to.

Third, I hope she and her company are making tons of profit on those trademarked products now. I hope she's rolling around naked on a mountain of cash, and the leftists see it and cry.

It's a fake scam article that was designed to make conservatives look bad so they can be mocked and ridiculed:

[https://leadstories.com/hoax-alert/2020/12/fact-check-the-fbi-did-not-admit-to-accidentally-destroying-the-laptop-that-supposedly-belonged-to-hunter-biden.html]

Although this article is from November, it was being shared widely again in mid-December, 2020, possibly because Hunter Biden recently disclosed that some of his financials are under federal investigation.

The site is part of the "America's Last Line of Defense" network of satire websites run by self-professed liberal troll Christopher Blair from Maine along with a loose confederation of friends and allies. He runs several websites and Facebook pages with visible satire disclaimers everywhere. They mostly publish made-up stories with headlines specifically created to trigger Republicans, conservatives and evangelical Christians into angrily sharing or commenting on the story on Facebook without actually reading the full article, exposing them to mockery and ridicule by fans of the sites and pages.

I’m of the moral mindset it is wrong to use baby parts in any aspect of a products creation even if it’s “just to test the product.”

Exactly. Like I said, it's ultimately a distinction without a difference.

You're mostly correct. Actually, counting only those who survived childhood, a greater percentage of people are indeed living to old age in recent times compared to the 1800's/medieval period/ancient romans/etc. But it's definitely true the differences in life expectancy now vs the past are mostly due to the high infant & child mortality rates that existed in the past, and if modern people could go back in time and visit, many of us would be surprised that elderly folk wouldn't be nearly as uncommon as assumed.
