Squat rack/power rack, barbell with olympic plates, adjustable bench and adjustable dumbbells (bowflex are decent). I would also suggest a pull-up bar. This should be enough for a pretty good exercise routine.
It's expensive but worth it! Especially if you live somewhere that snows and don't want to drive there in the winter.
