Are they beholden to your views if things change? You are argue of course not, and although unlikely, still in the realm of possiblity.
Most realistically though, what happens to their finances when they accept money from us? Is that income? Is it a donation? What about taxes? Are we now a PAC?
What if we form a business? Now it's profit and can only show a loss for 3 years. Are we now a PAC and have to follow federal law? Who is the owner(s)? What if it's a non-profit? Still a PAC.
More so do we become a public forum in which all users have to have a voice (unlike the super fucking hypocritcal YouTube/Google monopoly) or are we a publisher? Either choice has crazy implications.
On and on, it gets so cloudy. I had similar posts as you already and realize that it's slippery slope now that we left home.

I agree with you but with a grain of salt. I'm frustrated too and the traitors must be exposed and PUBLICLY found guilty.
However, there is always Politics and the health and safety of our nation. The perp-walk of a rep is a big, big deal. WIth it comes more democ-rat talking points of Trump taking over the governement and hunting his political enemies. Blah blah, all these things need to be figured into what the next move is and they matter.
It's also hard to have faith. Once upon a time there was this sleepy AG that I fully backed and kept saying over and over, "just wait, he's prepping us, he's planning and collecting information." We all know how that played out.
Regardless, the trial of a US Rep better have perfect evidence to convict, not just feelings. Can you imagine if she went to trial and was found not guilty because of some technicality or such? She would be reelected for sure and grow stronger.
I know I'm ranting. Just saying - this type of stuff ALWAYS takes time. I hate it too but we have to wait.
