The NV gov is taking a too big gov stance on something that there is already a control for: both the prescribing doctor and dispensing pharmacist are supposed to not over prescribe for hoarders. People are getting these by the hundreds, not a 10 day supply which is a normal personal dose. Second, they are being over prescribed against manufacturer suggestions. Third they are being prescribed by people who aren't reading the literature. These docs / PA / NPs should have their licenses evaluated by the state board IMO. It is their job to prescribe + dispense safely and appropriately.

The thing is, GEOTUS stated that there was hope with quinine, not that it was a cure. The French paper was literally one page (that I saw). So no good information on cohort, symptoms, methods.... What we need is a good population with measures of symptoms, pcr + test for COVID, age, co-morbitities, and an explanation for this pede how azithromycin has any effect on either the ACE transport or the virus itself.
