Certainly social safety nets can be a net benefit to society, but as it stands? Too many perpetuate a cynical cycle of drawing benefits for selfish gain in any number of ventures. I want these programs, but many seem aghast at the notion that graft and corruption have dogged their heels pretty much from the get go.

Yeah I find the comparisons to bullying hilarious because just like my experiences in that matter the bully would be useless if authority did its job. Yeah I'm not sure why this isn't already a thing. These stores have no problem putting purchase limits on items when they have sales, but their certainly not trying to deter this sort of panic shopping.
