I've like half dumped them. We canceled our Prime pre-covid but then the spouse got in the habit of ordering from them again during the lockdowns.
Ummm complaining IS how we "Hit back hard". The only other options are massive non violent protests (which we either can't pull off or get ignored anyway) or kinetic action which is forbidden. So...we need a better option
