This guy must be a liberal and he's playing desperate Trumpers for fools buying into the idiocy he posts. Spare me the "he was right about Pence" crap... in two weeks not a damn thing will come of anything this moron has said. PROVE ME WRONG. I would happily eat my own words.

Yup, same here. And just had my account suspended permanently for shitposting about not following new CDC rules.

I had never voted in 41 years before Trump. 90% of the people around me were leftists. My coworkers were conservative. I really had no opinion and was rather blase about it all and about the country on the whole.

But, I started to see the leftist rhetoric getting crazier (really around 2012 specifically). Saw that you were not allowed to question leftist doctrine amongst my "friends". I saw a building anti-white, anti-male hatred festering.

Comically enough, my fandom of Tim Tebow really awakened my inner conservatism. Because it was intolerable amongst the leftists I knew that I would be a fan of a outwardly Christian football player. And the leftists I didn't know, who would see me with a hat or jersey, would lash out and in one instance specifically physically tried attacking me.

Leftist behavior and illogic itself made me wake up. No rational, logical person would be on the left. I had no other choice nor do I regret anything since.

Never trust a bald person who is too embarrassed to take off their hat.

Half of Americans will believe it without questioning it because they hate the Orange Man. Reality is unimportant.

Tim has never, ever been able to say one critical thing about the left without IMMEDIATELY turning around and slamming Trump and the right. He's always been a POS, your eyes are just opening to it now.

As useless as it is, I wrote letters to all their offices earlier (except the Bushes) asking the same. Bunch of spineless fucking cunts.

I just don’t know wtf is happening. I have to watch Sky News Australia just to get a hint as to what’s happening because no US media source is trustworthy.

If you look at the comments I left to other folks this morning, it's a pic of the truck from another event. I didn't get a pic of it this morning. Cool your jets.

I'm gay, so it's prob slightly cheating that the white pride MAGA hat isn't always immediately obvious (though I've worn regular red ones too), but have gotten a lot of stares and head shaking in disapproval.

One specific incident at a local garden center/green house. This older employee happened to walk up on us as we were checking out at the register. She saw my partner and my hats, then saw I was wearing a T-shirt that said "Gays For Trump"... she immediately snapped "You MUST be joking". I said I was not, but that we would gladly leave if they didn't want our money. She said "no no" (cause she was only an employee not the owner who we were pretty sure are right-leaning).

Outside as we left, she demanded "explain it to me" concerning our support. I gave a little pep talk about my love for the president, and happened to make a comment about how I had former friends who could not accept my position.

Her response was to say how terrible TRUMP was that HE caused such divisiveness. I simply told her those people had a choice how they reacted and it had nothing to do with Trump. We left her bewildered and thunderstruck in her cognitive dissonance. There was no reaching someone like that.

Other than that, we would be in the Jeep all summer with Trump gear on and Trump flags on the back. You get the middle fingers and screeching. Had some woman cut us off in front of a cop. But, the real trauma comes when they see the specific bumper stickers and/or flags that declare we are gay Trump supporters. They absolutely lose their shit.

I was afraid to wear the stuff. Even now, I feel a certain level of apprehension. But, it has been a real moment of personal growth for me via MAGA hats and political expression to learn how to NOT give a shit what people think and not let fear dominate my choices.
