A good judge would recognize the persecution going on and fast track a decision instead of the beleaguered proceedings that have been taking place. Its a real travesty that an altercation that took place on tape, showing aggression with intent to kill, could not be so summarily dismissed.
Not a strong argument for proof. There are probably people who didn't vote who could sign a petition after the evidence came out supporting Trump. Or, regerts democrats who didn't like that Biden cheated, or found out what he really stood for. Plenty of arguments as to why there might be more people now that the vote totals.
Is there a way that a petition of say 80 million citizens could file a amicus in such a case?

Well the bill she proposed pre election to combat vote harvesting had no pork in it. People had the same argument then.
At least federalize law surrounding federal elections. Standardize the laws surrounding ballot types, ballot deadlines, voter id, and counting procedure at the federal level, and then have the states implement them. If found in violation of any statute through a federal AND independent audit, the election is thrown out.
And yes, this is basically what is happening now and the states misbehaved, or more accurately, certain parts of certain states misbehaved, and ruined it for the rest of the state.
And the words SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED means something different in just the second amendment's context.
