Since the Pennsylvania legislature is NOT complaining that its state regulators made changes to the States election laws without their consent, and are fine with those changes, how can a Third Party cry foul?
If the Penn legislatures were complaining about these changes, the fact that the state regulators went around them in violation of the state’s constitution would be their justification. However, they are NOT complaining.

It can be legal to transport US mail in privately owned vehicles.
According to Code of Federal Regulations Title 39 Postal Service Part V. TRANSPORTATION OF MAIL Chapter 50. GENERAL Section 5005. Mail transportation:
(c) The Postal Service, in determining whether to obtain transportation of mail by contract under subsection (a)(3) of this section or by Government motor vehicle, shall use the mode of transportation which best serves the public interest, due consideration being given to the cost of the transportation service under each mode.

EVERY asset of the US should used to investigate this, with the intent of punishing EVERYONE involved to the fullest extent of the law. Anyone caught trying to interfere with the investigation should be treated as an enemy combatant.
The cops were responding to a call of a guy using his truck to prevent someone from moving their car. How is that BS? The cops were pleading with the guy to move his truck as this was not the “hill to die on.”
