This is massively important regarding muscle and fitness.

  1. Eat enough protein like 1.2g per lb
  2. Intermittent fast 16 hrs
  3. 1 gallon of water a day
  4. Vitamins
  5. Sleep 8 hrs

I was a college athlete, competed professionally for two years afterwards.

I got more muscular and cut in 4 months following this and working out 1hr a day then I did when I was training full time.

Sufficient protein, fasting and sleep are critical
