In the US, I still believe it would at least need to have a public notary signature and/or seal.

Strategic communication. He purposely gets information put out for discussion, so it’s merely discussed. He’s a strategic genius. Imagine if the martial law or insurrection act dropped with no one knowing about it? I don’t think it will be, or that it is even necessary at this point - but sometimes letting it the world know you have that power and chose not to exercise it makes you look that much more like a true leader. It is extremely clear he is exhausting every available option other than that, and it is clear to the public as well. It’s the same reason he’s showed tremendous restraint by not starting wars.

The Delaware RIVER was crossed from Pennsylvania into New Jersey. The state of Delaware has nothing to do with it.

That Police officer swore an oath to uphold the US Constitution. This is election interference. It doesn't matter what his orders were, they were unlawful orders.

Two bodies of law - Law of Armed conflict, Basic Criminal Justice Law. There’s legal precedent for US Citizens being detained as enemy combatants and being prosecuted under the law of armed conflict through military tribunals - some constitutional rights are suspended in this manner. Much like when they busted and tried US Citizens that spied for the Nazis in WW2.

It could be challenged all they want, but the authority of the president under war time actions (declared by congress or not) is incredibly broad. Congress has passed the laws to give the president these powers. Congress has also passed laws defining attacks in cyberspace as acts of war - so if the nation is under attack, it’s game on.

I’m ready for go time.

This also happened in Lynchburg. I have screen shots. 17K votes disappeared overnight

Well... I do know a lot of good cops, but there are some that meet your description. They have no business in law enforcement.

Not to mention that EO 13848 is going to give GEOTUS the option to seize the assets of all the colluding and disinforming media outlets (including Twitter and Facebook) so they can shut down the social media organizing before it starts.

I was most impressed by the decisive answer General Milley stated in response to the current readiness in 2020 of the US Military. I've heard many flag officers say they were ready to defend our nation, defend our nation abroad, etc... But I don't think I've ever heard on so decisively say defend our CONSTITUTION first, and then our American Way of Life. Makes me think he's onboard and ready to put down the domestic insurrection, as well as the foreign threat.
