Imagine this scenario.... Some group installs fake mailboxes where all the ballots deposited are automatically destroyed.. maybe in a container with a solvent.

The fake mailboxes would never have to be retrieved since the mail is destroyed.

If someone can fake a mail drop where 1 person is duped, then that option should be scrutinized heavily. In this scenario, when someone wants to use the mail system, then they should be required to go inside the post office and give it to someone at the counter.
