So here's the deal, it sucks the scholarship money goes to women and minorities and the lower and middle income white kids have to work and take on debt to get through school.
But here's the thing.
Most of the kids on hand outs don't make it through the program, especially if it's STEM.
The ones that do are completely unprepared for the work place.
Take your battle scars and your debt and left it drive you to show those POS with their hands out that you are better than them, you already know how to multitask and problem solve.
I worked 30-40 hours per week to get through engineering school, we were able to help our son but he just graduated in engineering but still worked in a lab.
