For reference look at the 2018 midterms. It was proven all over the place and even legally yet nothing was overturned. We lost so so many state level elections and seats it was ridiculous. And It directly led to what we see today

If it is called for one side and the other side has to go to court it's generally never overturned. For reference, see midterms 2018. It was proven over and over again, but it was too late: official decisions are almost never overturned
