I've done some filtering of the 3,098,705 2020 PA General Election Mail Ballot Requests and found around 14,299 ballots where all 4 fields (Application Approved Date, Application Return Date, Ballot Mailed Date, Ballot Returned Date) are the same date (not all 14,299 have the same date, but each ballot has 4 identical dates.
Also I noticed 9,006 PA mail-in ballots that have a "Ballot Returned Date" but don't have a "Ballot Mailed Date".
Anyone have an understanding what is going on with both of these?
I have a voter list of people whose registration has their birth before 1910. Me and a few othe volunteers are going through each one and seeing if they got and sent back an absentee ballot.

Steele's Primary Sub Source (PSS) is the guy who claimed that someone anonymously called him and told him about Trumps Golden Shower and other things. And the PSS looked on YouTube and found the caller just by hearing his voice in a video!?! The person he identified is Sergei Millian (a Trump Supporter who totally denies ever making the call or knowing who the PSS is to even call in the first place). Now, I just found Edward Baumgartner having this conversation on twitter from Dec 2016, from before Buzzfeed published the Steele Dossier, where he tells someone he knows that Trump was involved in "water sports with hookers, actually" and when someone replies "but he'd plug that (unless the hooker was dead or a boy)", Edward Baumgartner responds "Absolutely, should have added underage, and I think being pee'd ON is not presidential. I'm not making it up."
