Not every page has people commenting, but it's great for (especially news) sites that have removed the ability to do so.

They should be required to report that activity to police/FBI/etc as applicable, and the offense must be hidden (not deleted) and saved until after investigation. If authorities say the content isn't illegal, it must be fully restored.
