Consitution establishes right of state legislatures to appoint electors in the manner they see fit. Given the fuckery that happened, state legislatures to refuse appointing electors or send Trump electors.
This hearing gives state congressmen the basis for making that decision. The hearing is critical, just like it was in PA.

I caught Mastriano's interview on War Room earlier today, and watched his speech at the hearing earlier this week. This guy is clearly based.

I just hope his resolution doesn't get caught up in all the legal bullshit and pitfalls that these things normally get twisted and tied up in.
