symptoms include:
Depression.
Agitation, apathy and mood swings.
Rapidly worsening confusion.
Disorientation.
Problems with memory, thinking, planning and judgment.
Difficulty walking.
Muscle stiffness, twitches and involuntary jerky movements.
Vision problems, such as double vision and hallucinations
Edit: they actually can go thru 30k emails in a few days and should be ashamed for sitting on this!
The process uses “ediscovery” technology (powerd by machine learning and AI) to parse data based on metadata, keywords and concepts. A small group of people with the right search parameters and knowledge of the case could get thru that volume in a few days. This tech is not unique to the fbi and private sector have this tech (I previously worked w fbi on this sort of stuff they are actually slower than private sector in adopting new faster tech) there is NO excuse to have sat on this. Would have been fairly inexpensive and fast af to go thru the data.
From reddit-
I did the maths and assuming youtubes annual 15 billion revenue is evenly split across the year they are loosing around $28000 a minute it is down. Which is around $850,000 for a half hour.
