Right now 8/15 1 day after the article was last updated
when searching on their site it shows the mugshot on the search. Upon clicking the article, it shows what is in the OP as a video thumbnail, but the play button is missing until you press it
The google search shows Cannon Hinnant himself
When posting the article link into messenger apps, it shows Cannon Hinnant on the link preview
It's most likely deliberate that they make Cannon's father the first thing you see when opening the article with a title heavily focussed on the killer. It being a video thumbnail possibly based on a default timestamp is the plausible deniability. Before YouTube would let people upload custom thumbnails it was normal for people to construct videos with the specific goal of having the best thumbnail moment at the right time mark
The NY he is going to win is New Yorkers votes in the states they move to. A lot of would be Trump voters are fleeing the state.
Would be pretty epic if this move from Trump baits the dems to campaign on the ground only to get invaded by the protesters they adore. If Biden were to win, those protesters would be coming for him next. Trump is the only thing standing between the rioters and them.
