846 ballots from dead people. Imagine if Democrats managed to remove voter ID and signatures along with any other safeguards in place that allowed us to account for this.

The breitbart article sourced this one from Detroit https://www.detroitnews.com/story/news/politics/2020/08/14/secretary-state-benson-6400-michigan-absentee-ballots-rejected-late-arrival/5584613002/

I also submitted the article from Detroit News to the archives in the event that they pull a Kamalafornia and remove this detail or article https://web.archive.org/web/20200815195012/https://www.detroitnews.com/story/news/politics/2020/08/14/secretary-state-benson-6400-michigan-absentee-ballots-rejected-late-arrival/5584613002/

Mainstream media specializes in lies of omission, a tactic where one little missing detail can change the interpretation of the entire message. This allows them to get away with manipulating the news without formally lying or facing charges. Another tactic is that they will also use choice words to downplay or amplify the severity of a story.

There is a study where two groups were shown the same car accident. One was asked how fast the car was going when it hit while the other was asked smacked into. Despite seeing the same thing, the choice in wording was enough for them to give different recalations of how fast the car was going and false memories of there being shattered glass that wasn't there. We all have seen this effect in the way people recall Trump's words. Too many times I'm listening to people going insane over stuff Trump has said and their examples are factually wrong when you look at the actual videos. Searching for the original videos is a chore because the search results are flooded by "FACT CHECK" inserts unrelated wall of text bias story before actual fact check where they sometimes never source the original video and play the car crash semantics game. It's a chore to do the research to fact check.

What can you do?

  1. Save everything. Don't just save it on here with the save function, save the URL's and save a wayback machine copy.

  2. Filter the date range on search engines. In the process of finding something, you can filter out the sudden reversal of the MSM narrative when they react to Trump by filtering the date to some time before.

  3. Raw footage and "Authoritative Sources". Sure we can throw a bunch of Breitbart and alternative media at people but they refuse to listen to them. What you can do is grab the tweets and raw footage from these alternative sources and find mainstream media sources to corroborate it further. Depending on who you are trying to enlighten, it may be better to corroborate alternative media with MSM or just show them MSM sources and let the contradictions speak for themselves.
