The Republican party is a slow cancer to America. The Dems are the fast growing cancer. What a mess. This swamp got Trump. Perhaps a new party is the only way to try.
There are two silver linings to this: One, a truly patriotic force for America emerges.
Two, the Swamp has "shown" itself, and it can only do so in this manner once.
What do I mean by that? If I snuck up on you, and lightly cuffed you over the head, you'd be surprised, but, I wouldn't be able to do that again. Now, the Swamp has shown itself, and all its power in trying to get rid of President Trump. They cannot now go back to hiding in the shadows - GEOTUS pulled back the curtain on them on his way out the door, and there's no "re-pulling" said curtain again.
and being able to dictate favorable terms with every other country.
The other side has to want to agree to those terms; some may take them, others will tell you to take a hike (and won't be shy about it). Much better to come to a mutually beneficial deal.
It's very sad, actually how all these politicians and so-called elites have sold us all out for money and power. It never ceases to amaze me (as a non-American), just how venal and corrupt your political system is – we simply don't have that here. I'm not saying we're perfect, it's just scale-wise, it doesn't exist. You could do (and can do) so much better if that was purged. E.g. $700,000,000 for Sudan, and $600.00 for Mr. and Mrs. Average American (and $1800.00 for illegal aliens!)

Of course, the irony is that they want to dispense the very opposite of justice.
