I think many are hoping for the 12 amendment to kick in having the house elect the president. Here is the problem and it's a big one.
In order for it to get to that place it's going to take ONE house member and ONE senator to object the votes. Fine, but once they object there is a vote that occurs. It requires that both The House and The Senate pass the vote with a simple majority. If we go down party lines, we will win the Senate but it still dies in the house and the electoral votes will count making Old Corn Pop the President.
So what are the other options? Is there any other court cases that the judge/judges may ACTUALLY look at the evidence provided? Everyone saw yesterday where they presented 8,000 pages of affidavits and evidence and the judge dismissed it after 2 hours. The Trump legal team has been very quiet this week. Maybe because of the holidays? IDK. The courts are against us and too chicken shit to do the right thing. So what are the next steps? How do we get GEOTUS to stay GEOTUS? Is it going to be up to KRACKEN-WOOD to save us?
