Lots of houses going up in my neighborhood. I'm raiding the dumpsters for my raised beds. Amazing what they throw out. Usually only involves removing a few nails.

My teens are getting IDs this year. Having homeschooled, and with no driving or jobs on the horizon, we had no idea until recently that this was must-do thing. I've been pretty happy thus far in their lives keeping them out of the eye of government anything. All good things come to an end I guess.

Edit to add: To me, any working age teen is likely going on goverment radar anyway with their paycheck so 15 is probably reasonable. But I'm not aware of what laws may be involved in requiring one.

Don't insult the guy. We'll need his vaccine ID template to make believable fakes. The New Resistance needs infiltrators at every level.

You are so right. Barabbas indeed.

Remember too, that modern houses are 2-4x the size of houses built before 1975-ish. This chart may be the cost of a basic, small dwelling.

SO and I, and the 6 siblings we have between us, were raised in homes under 1000 square feet. Both built in the 40's.

New homes being built near me start at low $300k and run about 2500-3500 square feet. Figuring the lot is worth $25k, a 1000 square foot house might be built for $100-150k, which isn't too far off the chart.

People are buying more house than they need or can afford. Try finding any builder willing to build small without extreme customization though. Profit is too low for their time.

The list does require an astonishing presumption of a person's abilities to mind read, intuitively know the motivations of others, and make accurate predictions of the future.

Don't know how anyone with an ounce of logic could take it seriously.

I can't comment on the quality of My Pillows, but my American made Serta pillows are going on 7 years of use and still in great shape.

Not all the good guys work for one prominant good guy.

Also sanitation, vital infrastructure, and utility and home systems workers. Mandatory OT with no hazard pay or bonuses for production workers and field techs with ever increasing "health and safety" procedures, but cushy home assignments for engineers and office workers or anyone well connected enough to get paid more to stay home after whining about how afraid they are.

Seriously. Over the last 5 years, it's even crept into cookbooks. Actual books of recipes are now commonly peppered with swearing, vulgarity, and pro-alternative lifestyle propaganda, along with more pictures of overly inked and pierced people than the food.

We've already had presidents and vice presidents that have been a "direct descendant of immigrants." What a dumb thing to say. Since settlers were the original immigrants, one could argue that all would qualify.

Many alt diet people choose the diet because they're loony. Others get loony or loonier on it.

Personally, being veg/vegan has helped my health, especially with better digestion, sleep, and lung function.

It isn't necessary to critisise one in order to praise the other. Both look just fine to me.

Indeed. Real women should show up to events and refuse to perform. Throw everything and let the trans win by default. Don't give unqualified competitors the satisfaction of any competition. Take a knee for actual oppression.

At this point I more believe that some were allowed to speak out against the fraud to give the appearance of some pushback so that conservatives would continue to have some hope and trust in the system. Theater.

Cancelled books are quickly picked up by another publisher and easily double or triple previously estimated sales. All part of the new marketing strategy in the look at me age. The publishers are in on it.

Have they caught the attacker? How is it known that it was a leftist? Or that is was personally motivated? Could it have been a random drunk or meth head?

We should try to know all the facts first before drawing conclusions or reacting. So far it looks like reporting repeating reporting. I'll wait to see a police report or a public statement from her with details that confirm political leanings of her attacker.

Aspie huh? Dealing with liars and inconsistencies and uncertainty is an agonizing mental battle that is daily challenging. Adapting to quickly changing realities is excruciating.

But because of my faith, and my study of history, I know and cling to the knowledge that justice in this world is elusive and sporadic. I accept that it won't make sense and it won't be fair. Standing up for right cannot fail in this context so it's an empowering philosophy for me.

I feel that way too. Mostly because the uncertainty of what would happen in Congress is over. Now that I know where everyone stands, it's easier.

I lived through the Obama years. It was horrible. But I had my family and a purpose and I became more resilient and determined.

If the Obama years explains the unexpected rise of Trump, who will rise after Biden/Harris years? There's always hope.

This scenario would be a long time coming IMO.

America is obscenely rich and incredibly generous.

We will carpool. We will share the extra bicycles we have laying around in our sheds. We will share food stocks with our neighbors and convert our lawns to victory gardens.

I think, if it all just went away, there would probably be an epic one month meltdown then everyone would just get on with life. People are both easily bored and highly adaptable.

While it remains, it's hard to be out of the loop when eshewing tech but eventually, the cream of people in your life adapt to your preference. It's a clarifying experience.

There are plenty of alternatives to aquire needed goods. Thrift and antique stores. Yard sales. Craigslist. Ask family, neighbors, and friends. Learn to repair things and shop curbside. Share, don't buy.

Start your own lending library co-op group for media, tools, and toys. Barter with others for items and services.

Haha! I was wondering, with the laws in place for telephone companies, if landline fax machines would be a good option for communications. People could sign up to a list the way email newsletters worked and get a daily update from a designated gatherer.

Study the movements and actions of other oppressed peoples throughout history. Don't look merely at what got a response or the appearance of success. Look at all efforts to resist and protest. Many gain in a psychological or emotional way even without any obvious victory. These actions are important as they strengthen morale and resolve.

One thing is for sure. People need to stop responding to the Left's messaging and fighting on their terms. The fight isn't against BLM or Antifa or even the fraudulent election or Biden or Chyna or any other triggering controversy they wave around next. It's against evil itself. It's against injustice and oppression. This should be a pure human rights movement from now on.
