I think the angle of Trump is that so long as Biden doesn't have 270 Electoral votes by December 9th or whenever, everything gets rendered moot. So, if Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and George never get to actually officially Certify their elections by the deadline, the whole electoral college will fail.
