I can be aware of the potential dangers of an overreach by the state without having to go bragging about gunning down the 'pigs' who risk their lives every day to protect our society from anarchy and chaos. I wasn't aware that a lawful grand jury indictment was an unconstitutional law deserving of executing members of the branch of government under Trump's oversight.

While the charges may have been politically motivated the evidence in front of a jury ultimately would have to PROVE beyond a reasonable doubt that it wasn't self defense before he would be convicted.
What you're arguing for is civil war. I live right by this rock. I have painted it with MAGA a couple of times and every time by the next morning it is painted over with "No Nazis" or "Dump Trump".
This is supposed to be a "Free speech" rock where anyone can come paint it with any message they want. Kent is a very liberal university though so that means only leftist slogans are approved.
Well for the past 4 months the liberals on Campus have had Black Lives Matter painted on the rock. Someone tried to paint their engagement message "She said Yes!" on the rock and it was painted over with BLM. Someone else had a friend in their fraternity die and they painted a tribute to him. It was painted over with BLM. Every time it is painted with any message they immediately paint it over with BLM again.
At no point in decades long history of this rock has a single message been painted on it for so long that I am aware. They protest our local police station who have NEVER shot anyone or been accused of racism or any kind. They are trying to create a racial issue where none exists.
Suddenly 3 times in the past week it has been painted over with White Lives matter or No Blacks are welcome. The handwriting and style on this seemed very familiar to me as it matched the "No Nazi" message painted over my MAGA painting.

I spent several hours last night watching under the cover of darkness waiting for them to try it again so I could expose their hoax for what it is. They had a group of about a dozen people "Camping out" around the rock until early morning. What they really were doing is smoking weed in a large gathering with no masks of course - not until the cameras are rolling.

I don't disagree with anything you said but the law as it stands today favors the copyright holder and whether we agree or like it or not in this case (It goes both ways too) Twitter's policy of removing first and having the ability for someone to contest a claim after the fact is their best option of staying in the clear.
I don't side with Twitter on much, if anything but I can't fault them for removing that image on liability grounds even if he is president and its fair use etc. Perhaps his team is contesting it and they'll be forced to restore it, in this case it is possible it is not political.

I then learned the image was removed by a copyright claim and the image itself was removed but it was still cached on my computer since I saw it days ago and was never removed for me.

Twitter removing an image (or a song, or a video) that Donald Trump posts which has a valid copyright claim against it is something they HAVE to do by law or they are liable for damages.
