Which is exactly why people waiting until they seize guns is a losing strategy. They know they'd lose control of the situation if they did it, so they won't. Far easier to lock people out of online banking, credit cards, jobs, etc.
This is a painful thing for a lot of people to recognize who assume the military is an inherently "conservative" institution. It hasn't been in quite some time.

The military already condemned the "riots" and said there will be a transition to Biden according to their Twitter page. I wouldn't count on the military supporting us.
