I think youre reading this wrong. The supreme court didnt make a decision on that case because there was a 4-4 split. In this case, the PA supreme court ruling stood. So this case can very well go back to the supreme court where it will be actually decided.
The sweetest part of this is that those two justices are so professional and strong, that they won't even allow their personal feelings to cloud their judgement. They'll side with the constitution, and Joe and Kamala will be reduced to nothing and forgotten about in 3 months.
