Beauty/sexy is in the eye of the beholder. Candace is gorgeous, inside and out.

Please do not ever get an internet connected fridge. It's so unnecessary and intrusive. There's already enough intrusive tech in our lives, why do we need it on our fridges too?!?

I suppose you missed all the posts about Lara Trump, MTG, Lauren Boehbert, Chanel Rion, Melania, Ivanka, Tiffany, etc? Or how about the Hotties for Trump subreddit back in the day.

Are you new to patriots.win?

some of the stuff you read on here is absolutely baffling sometimes, huh?

she really is. And when she goes on a rant (I don't mean that disparagingly) she's even prettier because this woman is fierce.

yeah, well, I'm not happy about it. Daughter knew I am not in favor of the shot so she didn't even tell me she was getting it until after it was done. Same with her husband.

I think deep down she is starting to understand there was no point in getting it. She is still locked down on an island, she still has to wear a mask and she may have to get "boosters" every year.

When I've been right about something and she knows it she just avoids talking about it to me. So, here we are.

They are going to hit 100K tonight! Paypal did them a favor!

ChickNorris 2 points ago +2 / -0

there's more rolling in like crazy. they have now set the goal at 100,000. I'm pretty sure they will get there, probably by tomorrow. People want this audit done and done right.

the article doesn't say but they set up a new one on GoFundMe and so far they have $50K in donations. I'm not going to link to it because I don't want some arsehole on here to find it and try to get that one shut down too. If anyone wants the link DM me.

Ok, yes, it looks like they could head out west and stake claims to land for a small fee and it was in fact taken advantage of by farmers and such. Really didn't know that was in place up until 1976.

It's a gorgeous piece of land isn't it? Near the ocean too!

How is it not a multi million dollar property? Rural, republican state and we don't have a bunch of millionaire class silicon valley or hollyweird elites driving up the prices.

The one in Parkton is near where I used to live. Again, rural, undeveloped and it's just a little cross roads town in the country. It's also located in a flood zone and swampy area which is why it's going for so cheap. Probably can't build on it because it won't perk so they are selling it as hunting land. Which is a thing here in my state. Lots of people own wooded land exclusively for hunting.

there's an area that is developing in my hometown with a new highway bypass that takes people straight to a popular beach. The area is a convenient stop and I so want to put a chic fil A there. It's a prime location and I'm positive it would do well. There's only one other Chic Fil A in my town and it's clear across the city from this location. This location is down the road from our hospital, 2 schools, the college, all the doctors offices and 3 grocery stores.

I just don't have investment money so can't be done for me.

Same thing with my family. My grandparents had farm land (I don't think they staked claim to it though, think it was purchased) and they grew potatoes, peanuts, beans and corn that I can remember. When my grandmother died my grandfather quit farming the land and started leasing it. Eventually he quit paying taxes on it (he developed schizophrenia in his old age) and my father learned the state was going to take the property due to unpaid taxes. Father went and paid the taxes due and took possession of the land which he lived on a parcel of and continued to lease to another farmer. In the end my father sold off all the property and none of it is in our family's possession any longer.

yes, I know. I replied to your comment later that it seems weird to me to expect to be able to go out, find land somewhere and just stake a claim to it. All the land in the country has been owned since our earliest years.

Is there a time period in the last 100 years where people could still go out and stake a claim to land that somebody didn't already have ownership of? If so, I don't know that history I guess.

ChickNorris 2 points ago +2 / -0

true. I agree. It has never occurred to me that I should be able to venture out, find some land and claim it as my own. Somebody owns it all.

I'm kinda flabbergasted at the idea of setting out on a pilgrimage, finding some land and staking it out, claiming it as your own. It hasn't been that way since the earliest years of our country.

Yes, the land is owned. It never occurred to me that I should just be able to head out, find some land somewhere and claim it as my own. That would be nice but it's not the way our world works.

ahhh... I didn't read the fine print. I thought it seemed too good to be true.
