I'm disappointed in both of them. My only theory is that both men rely on social media for their livelihoods and did not want to get banned from Twitter/YouTube.

Are you surprised?

Is there a reason for President Trump to be there?

I'm pretty disappointed in Trump's legal team, and Trump himself. He has acted slowly rather than take swift action.

Of course, I'm also disappointed in the Supreme Court, which is filled with establishment type Republicans rather than MAGA.

As for Pence not counting the electoral votes, even if he had the votes in Congress to back him up, I think he's too nice to do it. Biden didn't screw Trump electoral votes back in 2017 when he counted them. Pence is probably not going to screw Biden either.

If Trump is going to be President, he needs to just stay in office and say it's an emergency because of cheating or outside foreign interference.

He has done a wonderful job as President, but I don't think he's going to use the Insurrection Act, and I see that as the last option. I hope he proves me wrong.

As the title says, I want Trump to make something happen if it's going to happen.

While I don't support a monarchy, these are extraordinary times where our country is facing threats from both communist and globalist wackos who hate this country. If we let them spread and manipulate the masses any further, the US is fucked.

If Trump or anyone close to him is reading, just stay in office. Create an executive order and make yourself "Acting President." See what happens. Say it's necessary to protect the country form evil, and that we can vote again in four years.

The damage Biden and Harris will do will be greater if we just let them take control.

Just so I have some arguing points on Facebook with my liberal friends, what are Trump's options left?

Personally, I'd be content if he simply stayed in and had the military on his side (although they'd probably wimp out).

I haven't been reading every day about the court battles because I don't want to stress myself out about something I can't help.

Does President Trump still have a chance? Is it better than before, or have things stalled?

I feel a slight momentum shift, although I won't get carried away.

From what I understand, Trump's odds on Betfair also went slightly down (which means people are still betting him). He is still the longshot though.

What do you think?

I'm losing hope in the legal process.

This other option is extreme, but do you think Trump would try it if all else fails? I wouldn't want him in office forever, but it's better than handing it over to a smirking, cackling witch in Kamala Harris.

What do you think that means?

I see Pennsylvania is still being fought in court. But he needs more than Pennsylvania, right?

I just want a realistic picture. Is it still possible for Trump to win?

Hi. I haven't checked here in about a week. What is the current path to winning? If Georgia is gone, can Trump still get it done?

I'm not sure about the specific rules regarding electoral voters. Maybe some states bind their electoral voters to the state vote.

But what if some of them are faithless electors who see it has been stolen? In theory, could they end up voting Trump?
