Although I didn't always agree with him, Michael Medved would do history specials on national holidays, they would take the place of the normal 3hr time slot. They are excellent; I honestly cannot recommend them enough!!! If you want something to listen to yourself or with your son, take a look/listen to these shows. I will probably get them for my niece as she is getting close to the age where it will stick, I can't rely on my brother to help her with her education.

I won't sell you on him. I will simply say America. If you love this country, and truly understand what a beacon of light this land that we are privileged to live in, that is all you need to know. There are those that want to America to continue to exist, we have faults both collectively and individually, despite the blemishes, scars, and mistakes, it is the best place on earth to be. Trump loves this country, the good and bad, and those that support him do as well. The left and democrats, have the broken tile syndrome to the nth degree -- if you have a lovely hand painted tile ceiling, are you going to focus on the 1 tile that is missing out of the 10,000 and remark how ugly it is, or are you going to enjoy the beauty, and craftsmanship of the remaining 9,999 tiles? There are few things that are perfect, people and countries are no exception, do you love your sister any less b/c the sound of her laugh sounds like a horse? or do you appreciate the whole package? You can't always split off the things you like about a person or a nation to make the person or country more bearable. I really do not like the house I have right now, the driveway is ridiculously sloped, the house design/construction is all wonky....but, I am very grateful I have a place to live, and I have an amazing view of the mountains......America my friend.

Don't be like the left and assume that everyone thinks the way you do or sees things happen from the same perspective as yours. Unfortunately this is a classroom where we are waiting on the slow people to catch up to where we were years ago. Now factor in the people trying to keep the rest from seeing what is happening and now you start to see the problem here. Chomping at the bit saying "LET'S GO NOOOOOWWW" doesn't help one damn bit when you need a quorum of people and 2/3 of those needed for quorum don't even know there is something to be decided on.
