I have been considering what the SCOTUS might decide based upon 4 states using extra-Constitutional rules (not processed through the legislative process) to gather in votes in 2020. One option would be to say, only votes procured through Constitutionally acceptable methods be counted, others must be discarded.

If SCOTUS said only Constitutionally valid votes be counted, then I believe GA, PA, and WI would move to Trump. MI, NV and AZ I am unclear on.
