Handpicked by McConnell

Trump appoints the judges. Not the Senate Majority Leader.

Trump's EO is our last hope at this point.

That would mean Gorsuch would go against a ruling he made back in October. If anyone loves precedent, it's SCOTUS, and more applicably, conservative justices.

It got kicked down to the lower courts.

SecState + AG got a gag order so they couldn't publish their findings.

Stop.

When Obama won in 2008, Biden didn't resign from his seat until January 15th, 2009. 5 days before he was inaugurated as Vice President of the United States.

If a state does not send electors, they don't send electors. It's that simple. 270 electors, a majority of all electors combined (regardless if electors are sent or not) is still required for a win in the electoral college.

It ends when the people have had enough.

If a state doesn't send their electors then the state doesn't send the electors. It doesn't magically lower the amount needed for a win.

When did Sidney Powell argue in front of the SCOTUS? You're thinking of a different court.

SCOTUS does not allow any cameras or audio recording when court is in session. Sometimes the court themselves may release audio of the Justice's arguments.

Either three things happen.

Legislators send their electors in favor of Trump in light of the fraud they've been shown.

Legislators send their electors in favor of Biden because lol

Legislators abstain from sending any electors at all. If this happens and neither candidate gets a 270 vote, a contingent election in the House occurs for the Presidency, and the Senate for the Vice President.

This article is bullshit. They haven't "ruled in favor" of Texas, they haven't even fucking granted a writ of cert of it either.

Trump's executive order comes into play next Friday, on the 18th. the DNI will present his findings on foreign interference on the election, and I don't think DNI Ratcliffe is swamp. After he provides his report, we'll find out what's happening next.

After the electors vote, Congress certifies the electors in early January, where members can object to votes.

Congress certifies the electors during the first week of January (Either the 5th or 6th). Congressmen can object to the electors.
